Our patient pet portals allow you access to information about your pet at any time of day or night! You can view your pet’s vaccination history or print a copy of its Rabies certificate; see your account summary and recent invoices; check to see when your pet’s next appointment is scheduled; upload a photo of your pet; and request refills or appointments ONLINE at your personal pet portal. Portals are available to any client with an active account at our hospital. Please call us first to make sure that we’ve activated your portal, then visit the website at the following link: https://login.evetpractice.com/Clients/Account/LogOn
Your username and temporary password will be the email address which you provided to us at your first visit. Please note that *both* the username and password are case sensitive! After you log in to the portal for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password (be sure to follow all the password requirements!) If you have any questions, please let us know!

UPDATE SUMMER 2024! We have also added a new app through Rapport from Covetrus that you can download on your mobile phone, with a separate pet portal. You can also access the Rapport pet portal from the website located at https://bit.ly/4fCKG7l In Rapport, you can upload photos of your pet; upload documents such as previous records; upload videos of your pet; update or correct your pet’s details (such as color or birthdate) and your personal details such as address and phone numbers; view your pet’s vaccination reminders; request an appointment with us; or request a refill of your pet’s medication.
