Client Service Representative
Bellevue Animal Hospital in Nebraska is currently seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join the great team at our busy, five doctor, AAHA-Accredited practice! Office experience in the veterinary field or other medical field preferred, but not required. Hourly compensation, benefits available. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Necessary qualities of candidates include:
- Commitment to delivering an excellent client experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette
- Energetic, personable and outgoing
- Self-motivated
- Desire and ability to work in a team environment
- Good computer skills
- Ability to utilize electronic medical records system
- Desire for continual improvement of skills and knowledge
- Able to work several Saturdays a month
Our new team member must be prepared to perform a wide range of duties, including but not limited to the following:
- Greeting clients
- Escorting clients and patients to exam rooms
- Answering multiple phone lines
- Responding to client email messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing and updating patient records, including client financial records
- Invoicing patient charges
- Client billing
- Client education and instruction
- Retail pet product sales
